Garanti Sigorta, founded in 1989, has been operating under the new name of Eureko Sigorta since October 2007 as a result of Eureko B.V. - T. Garanti Bank partnership. Eureko acquires an 80% and Garanti acquires a 20% shareholding in Eureko Sigorta. Eureko Sigorta, having its head office in İstanbul, is a reputable and preferential member of the Turkish insurance sector.
Eureko Sigorta, being active in all the non-life insurance branches, is known as an effective operator in banking insurance in Turkey and maintains its leadership in that branch with 24% market share. The synergic cooperation with Denizbank and Türkiye Finans ve Katılım Bank in addition to Garanti Bank ensures Eureko Sigorta a countrywide distribution network and access to hundreds of thousands of customers.
Insurance services and products are offered to customers not only through banks ’ distribution channels but also nationwide brokerage networks and agents.
Alternative Distribution Channels are also considered as operative trade channels in 2004. Call Center, that works 365 days 24 hours, has an important role in the increase of the customer gratification.
Eureko Sigorta, having long-term and essential relations with international reassurers, works intensively with firms like Munich Re, Maphre Re, Odyssey Re. Our company is in close cooperation with the largest reassurer of Turkey, Milli Re.
